So the Powerball has reached $800 million. I figure what the hell...and bout a few tickets. I know I’m not going to win, but I call it “two dollars to day dream” and I drive home fantasizing about all the awesome cars I would buy if I did. Singer would probably be the first on my list.

If you’re going to win nine figures, do you can get two air cooled engines

Convince some collector to sell me his McLaren F1 GTR, road trip to all the tracks possible. Get a nice little tax/insurance shelter business and warehouse set up in the middle of nowhere, invite the crew over.

I buy a $5 quick pick for the mega millions twice a week. I call it my sleep-therapy. I fall asleep much easier trying to figure out how to handle winning millions of dollars. It honestly does help me get to sleep faster.

And yeah, I’m with you. A Singer 911 is definitely at the top of the list.

If it’s that cheap, why the hell not. I’ve squandered larger sums for nothing in return.

In terms of first car, it’d be tough, but Singers are just beautiful. I’d also pay a little extra just to make sure my car gets built a bit quicker. Paint choice would be tough... I’d probably buy another car in the meantime while I picked out my options and waited for delivery.

If you win, I’ll be here waiting for handouts (well, just a Singer).

I’d find a gt3 r.s. 4.0 and Carrera gt both in white. Whichever I’m closer to will be the one I’ll buy first.

Edit: I'm pretty sure I'll only get $600 if I win the jackpot. So I'll have to settle with buying some forged pistons and a gasket kit for the sti.

They call it a “tax on the poor,” but if you aren’t blowing your whole damn savings on it and know full well your chances of winning is slim-to-none and have more realistic means of managing your finances, I see no problem in using it as you say for “therapy.”

I paid my dream tax too. I believe the main argument tonight between my wife and I will be our main residence. She will want Maui year round, which I wouldn’t mind but there isn’t really anyplace to enjoy driving on that island. Great scenery but not much else. I say we summer where we currently live in Washington (no income tax) which would allow a proper 10 car garage and roads to exercise the residents of that garage on.

I didnt play, but if I did, I would finish the HEMIWagon, build its twin and finish up the maintenance on the SL.

Then I would find a first gen Zonda to purchase and store somewhere safe until its ready to import.

I would have a house built, take care of the lady, get married, invest the money and never work a day in my life again. I would just budget my fun.

Build it in the shape resembling “Jalopnik” with a tiny karting track resembling “Oppositelock”!

What do people do when they accrue that amount of money in no time at all? I mean yeah, everyone says hookers and blow, but really. I mean, I wouldn’t know what to do with my self. I’d probably just stop going to work and lay low for a while, keeping to myself in my garage and finishing my car projects without having to worry about being able to afford the next part. After that, I’d probably finally enjoy my creations, and sooner than anticipated.

Then I guess hookers and blow would happen.

Yup, I do the same maybe a dozen times a year. Far cheaper than therapy!

I honestly don’t know what I’d do with a payout that big (like, what, $350M after taking the I WANT IT NOW! payout, and taxes). Even my dreams have limits.

I bought 2 earlier in the week & when at the gas station today only buying snacks for the use of the bathroom, was asked if I wanted a drink, or powerball.

Now I could have pitched a few more dollars down that hole, but my $3 in snacks would have doubled. Besides, I’m already sitting on THE potential winning ticked.

- new suburban for my wife

- buy out our family’s mortgages & become a slum lord

- property for us away from said families

- I’d have enough money to have all my cars fixed.

We’ll buy a couple tickets too. If we win, I’ll be buying Road America. You’ll all be invited. Uly, there will be copious amounts of cookies.

You guys are doing it all wrong. Look when you’re that rich, you need something more exclusive than what those common pleb millionaires can buy. And what’s more oppo than buying one of these?

Kinja'd!!!

The government isn’t using them anymore, so you can pick it up on the cheap. Then you just build a track on top so you can drive while you drive, drift while you drift and etc.

Bitch with that money Imma get the F2004 and the homies that fix it.

But no, first things first: get a heart surgery and fix my damn teeth after that, then my mom’s pancreas and my aunt who got a stroke.

And then I shall open an academy for supercar owners who wanna really dish it competitively. But before that, rally school and some wins in WRC.
